The LaGuardia Career Center is a project funded by the Port Authority and was assigned to a three-organization partnership: The Council for Airport (CAO) Opportunities, Elmcor and Neighborhood Housing Services of Queens (NHSQ). This opportunity consists of providing residents of Community Boards 1-4 assistance with job readiness, and job opportunities at the New LaGuardia Airport.
