Homeowner Services Program

NHS of Queens Homeowner Services program is focused on providing our hard-working Queens homeowners with the resources and tools to help them keep their homes. Our services include assisting homeowners behind in their mortgages and prevention, removing tax liens and tax arrears, and finding programs to help cover the costs of the rising utility bills.

Our counselors can help with: the development of an action plan, analysis of your situation, presentation, and explanation of reasonable options available, assistance communicating with the mortgage servicer and other creditors, explanation of the collection and foreclosure process, referrals to needed resources, and more.
