Homeowners come to the fair because something is coming due — a roof, a refinance, a will, a utility bill that keeps climbing. Sponsors are the people they talk to about it.

How to sponsor

Three steps, about ten minutes.

Step 01

Choose a level and pay

Select Homeowner Champion or Homeowner Tablist on the NHSQ sponsorship form and complete payment. Your spot is held once payment clears.

Register your company and staff

Tell us who's coming, what you'll bring, and how you want your business listed on signage and in the program. One submission covers your whole team.

Arrive and set up

Doors open at 9:50 AM for setup. Tables are assigned when you arrive, and NHSQ staff will be on the floor all day if you need anything.

What October 3 looks like.

  • 9:50 AM Doors and sponsor setup

    Load in, find your table, get settled before the first group arrives.

  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Morning session

    First group of registered homeowners works the floor.

  • Morning Energy efficiency workshop

    Offered in English and Spanish. Limited seating, separate RSVP.

  • 12:00 – 1:00 PM Midday break

    Restock materials and reset between sessions.

  • 1:00 – 3:00 PM Afternoon session

    Second group of registered homeowners works the floor.

  • Afternoon Energy efficiency workshop

    Second bilingual session covering DIY fixes through rebates for efficient HVAC and appliances.

What homeowners come for

Renovation programs. Mortgage and refinancing advice. Estate planning and title questions. Energy efficiency and utility assistance.

If your business touches any of that, your table will stay busy. Bring materials in English and Spanish where you can — much of the audience is bilingual.

Attendees register separately through Eventbrite for a morning or afternoon slot, so the floor stays workable in both halves of the day.

Questions sponsors ask.

What exactly do I get for the table fee?

A six-foot table and two chairs for the full event, plus your company name and logo on event signage and in fair promotion. Champion sponsors also get prime floor placement, exclusive name placement in the program, and a seminar slot at a future NHSQ event.

How many people from my company can attend?

Two staff members fit comfortably at a table. List everyone attending on the company registration form so we can print name badges and plan the floor.

When is the deadline to be included in printed materials?

Confirm your sponsorship and send a high-resolution logo early enough for print production. Contact NHSQ for the current cutoff date — sponsorships confirmed after it still receive day-of signage.

Can we present or run a workshop?

The fair's workshop track is dedicated to energy efficiency. Champion sponsorship includes a presentation slot at an upcoming NHSQ event instead, which NHSQ will schedule with you after the fair.

Is my sponsorship tax deductible?

NHSQ is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and will send an acknowledgment letter for your records. Check with your tax advisor on how a sponsorship applies to your return.

Do I need to register on Eventbrite too?

No. Eventbrite is for homeowners attending the fair. Sponsors go through the sponsorship form and the company registration form only.
