NHSQ invites businesses and community organizations to exhibit at our annual Homeowner Resource Fair. Sponsors meet directly with Queens homeowners seeking guidance on home repairs, financing, insurance, estate planning, and energy efficiency.

How to confirm your sponsorship
Two forms are required of every sponsor.
Payment reserves your table. The company registration form confirms who will attend and how your organization is listed. Both must be completed to exhibit.
Select a level and submit payment
Choose Homeowner Champion or Homeowner Tablist on the NHSQ sponsorship form and complete payment. Your table is reserved once payment is processed.

What attendees are seeking
Home repair and renovation programs, mortgage and refinancing guidance, insurance, estate planning and title matters, and energy efficiency and utility assistance.
Organizations whose services align with these areas can expect consistent traffic. Materials in both English and Spanish are strongly encouraged, as the fair is conducted bilingually.
Attendees register separately through Eventbrite for either the morning or afternoon session, which keeps traffic manageable across both halves of the day.

What is included with a sponsorship?
Both levels include one exhibitor table with two chairs for the duration of the event, along with your organization’s name and logo on event signage and in fair promotion. Homeowner Champion sponsors additionally receive premium floor placement, exclusive name placement in the printed program, and a seminar slot at a future NHSQ event.
How many staff members may attend?
Registration is limited to two staff members per company. Both names must be submitted on the company registration form so that badges and table assignments can be prepared in advance.
Is the company registration form required?
Yes. Payment alone does not complete your sponsorship. Every sponsor must also submit the company registration form, which confirms attending staff and how your organization is listed in event materials.
What is the registration deadline?
Company registration closes on September 14, 2026. Please submit a high-resolution logo by that date as well, so that your organization can be included in printed materials.
What time should sponsors arrive?
Doors open at 9:00 AM for sponsor setup. Doors open to attendees at 9:50 AM, and tables should be staffed and ready at that time.
May our organization present a workshop?
The fair’s workshop track is dedicated to energy efficiency. Homeowner Champion sponsorship instead includes a presentation slot at an upcoming NHSQ event, which is scheduled with you following the fair.
Is a sponsorship tax deductible?
NHSQ is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and will provide an acknowledgment letter for your records. Please consult your tax advisor regarding how a sponsorship applies to your return.
Do sponsors also register through Eventbrite?
No. Eventbrite registration is for homeowners attending the fair. Sponsors complete the sponsorship form and the company registration form only.
