Attend a workshop or get matched with a counselor
Depending on your situation, we may invite you to a free group workshop (homebuyer orientation, financial literacy, tenant rights) or schedule one-on-one counseling. Both are free.
Get a real plan, in plain language
Our HUD-certified counselors don't lecture — they walk through your specific situation, in English or Spanish, and build a real action plan with you. Then we follow up.

Our offices are in the heart of Elmhurst, walkable from the 7 train and steps from the most rent-burdened blocks in Queens. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, but we recommend calling ahead so we can have the right counselor available.
