NHS of Queens, CDC, Inc. helps Queens residents navigate affordable housing in New York City by informing residents about their rights as tenants, assisting residents access Housing Connect and NYCHA’s public housing development, and referring residents to legal services and other city programs when necessary. NHSQ is also part of HPD’s Housing Ambassadors Program, helping residents access lottery-based affordable housing.
